Acro

(30 min class)
Acro consists of learning basic, intermediate, & advanced tumbling skills along with strength and flexibility.

Ballet

(30 min class)
"The foundation of all dancing."  Ballet is a classical dance form demanding grace and precision and employing formalized steps and gestures set in intricate, flowing patterns to create expression through movement.

Clogging

(30 min class)
A type of folk dance in which the dancer’s footwear is used percussively by striking the heel, the toe, or both against a floor or each other to create audible rhythms, usually to the downbeat with the heel keeping the rhythm.

Hip Hop

(30 min class)
Hip-Hop consists of a wide range of styles primarily breaking, locking, and popping which were created in the 1970s and made popular by dance crews in the United States.

Jazz

(30 min class)
Jazz consists of conventional/contemporary dance taught in progressions with turns, jumps and leaps.

Poms

(30 min class)
Consists of cheerleading or dance team technique. Sharp clean movements including kicks, jumps, and formation changes with the use of poms.

Tap

(30 min class)
­­Consists of tap techniques and skills.
